The Digital Finance Specialist at Takeda blends strategic insight with operational excellence. While managing essential office and fleet operations, the role also supports financial deliverables and partners with business leaders to turn insights into impactful actions. Leveraging AI and digital tools, the specialist streamlines workflows, enhances data integrity, and drives transformation—ensuring continuity, enabling launches, and supporting long-term priorities through trusted relationships and sound judgment.
How you will contribute:
Support the Finance Head with financial deliverables, including budget control, tax compliance, and audit preparation. Apply advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis—combining traditional methods with AI-enabled approaches—to inform decision-making and business sustainability.
Drive digital adoption across administrative and financial processes. Maintain and optimize records and dashboards using predictive analytics, Power BI, and automation. Advocate for emerging technologies such as GenAI and rolling forecasts to elevate performance and agility.
Serve as the primary point of contact for office and fleet management, ensuring smooth execution of administrative processes. Champion efficiency by continuously evaluating and enhancing workflows, using AI-powered tools to automate tasks, improve data accuracy, and streamline compliance.
Build strong relationships across functions, acting as a connector between finance, operations, and business teams. Use storytelling and data visualization to simplify complexity and mobilize action. Ensure that insights are tailored to context and resonate with diverse audiences.
Navigate ambiguity with sound judgment and empathy. Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, ethical AI use, and collaborative learning. Uphold Takeda’s values—Patient, Trust, Reputation, Business—in every decision.
Takeda Principles and Standards (Applicable to All Roles):
Operate strictly according to Compliance, Ethical codes, and all Legal standards.
Ensure that Patient-Trust-Reputation-Business (PTRB) principles guide all planning and decision-making. Uphold Takeda-ism and role model integrity and a “speak up” culture.
Immediately report any adverse reactions to the Pharmacovigilance department per internal procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in office administration and financial support roles, preferably in a global corporate setting.
Knowledge of basic financial principles and ideally some foundations of P&L management, financial control, and compliance.
Digital fluency and comfort with AI tools, predictive analytics, and data governance principles.
Organization skills and demonstrated ability to navigate in multi-tasking / cross-functional projects.
High personal integrity, dependable, and proactive problem-solver, committed to continuous improvement.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence across levels.
Growth mindset with openness to reskilling and embracing emerging finance technologies.
