Job Description

As we continue our digital transformation and experience growth, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is now hiring an Accounting Lead with a passion for finance, digital solutions, and helping patients. This is a vital role in a dynamic team within Takeda Business Solutions.

Reporting to the US & EUCAN Accounting Lead, you will be an innovative, trusted partner to business and other departments within Takeda Business Solutions.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

·Drive optimization and grow the team, driving standardization, efficiency, and measurable value.

·Deliver accurate Record-to-Disclose (R2D) insights and key performance metrics.

·Ensure robust financial controls and compliance within scope.

·Collaborate with Accounting Leads and R2R GPO, GPE, and GPC to implement transformation strategies and agreed solutions.

·Lead and develop the team to build next-generation TBS capabilities, fostering innovation, engagement, and productivity.

·Create high-performing teams and career pathways for finance professionals within TBS and across the organization.

·Partner with business leaders to drive digitalization and automation initiatives, including AI, to generate sustainable value.

·Resolve escalations and operational challenges efficiently.

·Oversee departmental projects with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation and optimization.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: 

·Proven experience in driving finance operations and transformation programs, with a focus on standardization, change initiatives, and team management in the Finance function.

·Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across diverse teams and geographies.

·Capable of working independently, representing the Accounting & Leadership team to ensure projects are delivered according to accountabilities, within scope, and to the benefit of TBS Finance Solutions.

Preferred qualifications:

·5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting in a management role.

·Interest or experience in external innovations and automation (ERP, workflow, robotics, AI).

·Proven ability to lead effectively and manage multiple priorities concurrently in a goal-oriented, timeline-driven, and dynamic environment, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Base Salary Range:

zł196,100.00 - zł269,610.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
