Customer Finance Solutions Specialist/Accounts Receivable Specialist


The Customer Finance Solutions Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely cash application, reconciliation, and reporting.

This role supports financial stability and operational efficiency across Takeda’s markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Accounts Receivable activities, including cash application, payment allocation, and account reconciliation
  • Manage customer accounts, including account clearing and offsetting
  • Process manual billing for non-product-related transactions
  • Prepare customer balance confirmations, AR reports, and country-specific reporting
  • Execute and support country-specific AR activities and compliance requirements
  • Maintain and enhance automations, including Cash BOT rules
  • Create and update process documentation and work instructions
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and support the team with process knowledge
  • Support internal controls, audits, HFM notes, and internal reporting
  • Participate in projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in Accounts Receivable and accounting processes
  • Minimum 1+ year of AR and cash application experience (shared services or multinational environment preferred)
  • Good understanding of AR policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Customer-focused mindset with commitment to quality
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Self-driven, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Interest in process improvement, automation, and new technologies (ERP, workflow tools, robotics, AI)
  • Fluent in English

Base Salary Range:

zł92,900.00 - zł127,710.00
