This is a vital role within the People Solutions function— a dynamic team within Takeda Business Solutions. As aPeople Resource Hub Specialist in TBS, you will be part of a team responsible for providing HR processes support to our employees, reporting to thePeople Resource Hub Team Leader.The People Resource Hub is beyond a contact center, it is ourmulti-channel engagement solution to provide all Takeda colleagues with a simple and intuitive point of contact for support and action. This is a critical component of our aspirational exceptional People experience.
Accelerate value & make an impact by:
- Providing exceptionalemployee experience through each available channel. Queries may come from within HR, Leaders within the business, or from our people and through numerous channels ofcommunication.
- Answering queries regarding HR policy, procedure, or the use of HR tools
- Supporting HR administration activities via multiple channels in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
- Offering competent technical knowledge and advice within the scope of solutions for HR.
- Research, resolve, or re-direct queries timely and accurately.
- Process complete and accurate documentation.
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer-centric environment, customer mindset, help desk role, or equivalent
- Fluency in French, good command of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly learn and work in cloud-based solutions
- Demonstrated working knowledge with Microsoft Office products
Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated a positive and accountable attitude
- Improvement and solution-oriented mindset
- Process and results orientation
- Building relationships and trust through challenging the status quo
- 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or equivalent
