Job Description
About the role:
As a Senior Business Analyst in Supply Integrity Team in Takeda Business Solutions (TBS), you will play a key role in analysing and monitoring parallel trade flows across Europe and Canada. You will work with complex, multi-country datasets, transform data into actionable insights, and provide high-quality reporting and presentations to senior stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to business decisions while being part of a collaborative, international team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering analytics and data visualization to clarify parallel trade flow in Europe and Canada
- Prepare reliable country-level reporting for performance and sales planning
- Provide insights that support quota setting, supply planning, and commercial strategy
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders across regions
- Building relationships and trust through challenging the status quo and process excellence
- Support in MRP planning (Annual Budget) for PI/PE portion of PnL
- Drive process improvements and adopt new digital tools & solutions to existing reports and analysis
Qualifications & Skills:
- University or master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial analysis, reporting, or related areas
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle large, complex datasets
- Advanced Excel proficiency: experience with Power BI, Access DB, Power Automate or other reporting tools is a strong plus
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and evolving processes
- Excellent communication skills; experience presenting to large audiences is a plus
- Independent, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience in multi-country / remote collaboration
- Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
- Fluent English (written & spoken); additional European languages a plus
