We’re not just transforming our company; we’re improving the lives of millions of patients who rely on our medicines every day.
Purpose of the role:
- Enable business-driven technology decisions across the global enterprise by reducing complexity, cost, and risk while enhancing assurance and user experience — from a TRY & SAM service perspective.

- Support Enterprise Architecture (EA) priorities of Agile Governance and transparent operations by maintaining a healthy and sustainable DD&T technology environment.
- Provide insights and transparency into software usage and deployment, offering guidance for IT procurement, budget management, and licensing optimization.

- Increase business adoption and awareness of the TRY process to drive governance maturity and reduce technology redundancy.
- Expand and optimize the Software Asset Management (SAM) scope for Tier 1 and Tier 2 applications, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment and measurable cost efficiencies.
- Maintain and continuously improve supporting systems, documentation, reference materials, and web portals to enhance user experience and operational transparency.
- Advance SAM performance by reinforcing accountability and accelerating the fulfillment of commitments across key business areas.
- Deliver actionable insights through vendor and application reporting, ensuring transparency in software usage, compliance, and cost optimization.
Requirements:
- Relevant education with a minimum of 5 years of related professional experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Proven knowledge and experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), including process optimization and compliance support
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, consistently demonstrating the ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- High level of digital literacy, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to clarity, tone, and audience.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, with demonstrated readiness to embrace change and manage shifting priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, showing initiative and resourcefulness in addressing challenges.
- Willingness to take ownership of additional projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.
Desired:
