Treasury Solutions Senior Specialist

Are you an experienced Treasury professional with deep expertise in multinational corporate treasury, strong analytical acumen, and the ability to influence and drive global initiatives? Do you want to shape next‑generation treasury solutions while contributing to a greater purpose? As we continue our digital transformation and expand globally, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is seeking a Senior Treasury Solutions Specialist with a passion for treasury operations, systems, and process excellence. 

This is a critical role within the Treasury Solutions function—a dynamic team supporting Corporate Treasury's strategic and operational needs. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening Takeda’s global treasury infrastructure, scaling innovative solutions, and advising stakeholders across the business. 

Here, you will help TBS realize our vision to build and deliver simplified, data‑driven, innovative solutions that empower Takeda’s mission to serve patients worldwide. 

Accelerate value & make an impact by:

• Bank Account Management

  • Manage global bank accounts, KYC, signatories, and powers of attorney

  • Oversee cash pooling setup, monitoring, and SAP-related coordination

• Access & User Management

  • Control user access on banking platforms in line with security and compliance standards

  • Support and improve treasury systems, including Kyriba

  • In-House Banking Operations

  • Manage IHB activities, settlements, and intercompany positions

  • Payment Processing

  • Oversee payment execution, approvals, and issue resolution

• Treasury Accounting

  • Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close

  • Administer loans, financing, and investment activities.

  • Support FX execution, settlement, and reporting

• Compliance & Controls

  • Support SOX, audits, and internal control improvements.

• Task Management

  • Manage projects, priorities, and delivery timelines.

Required qualifications:

• Proven Treasury Expertise: 8+ years of experience, including 4+ years in treasury or banking.

• Mastery of Treasury Systems: Strong hands-on experience with SAP, banking platforms and Kyriba.

• Good understanding of in-house banking processes.

• Focus on accounting quality, SOX, audit, and attention to detail.

• Project Leadership & Collaboration Skills: Ability to lead projects and work across teams.

• Strong written and spoken English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Automation & Analytics

• Advanced Analytical Ability

• Systems Implementation & Transformation Experience

Base Salary Range:

zł116,000.00 - zł159,500.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
