Are you an experienced Treasury Specialist with multi-national corporate treasury and banking experience, detail-oriented, and equipped with strong communication skills? As we continue our digital transformation and experience rapid growth in the U.S. and Europe, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is now hiring a Treasury Solutions Specialist with a passion for treasury, digital solutions, and helping patients.

This is a vital role within the Treasury Solutions function—a dynamic team within Takeda Business Solutions. We play a key role in supporting Corporate Treasury in both daily operations and long-term projects and initiatives.

As a Treasury Solutions Specialist, you will provide services and solutions in the following treasury areas: In-House Banking and Bank Account Management. Reporting to the Treasury Solutions Manager, you will be an innovative, trusted partner to the business, Treasury Cash Management (Operations), and Financial Risk Management.

Accelerate value & make an impact by:

• Handle all aspects of bank accounts, including extensive KYC processes, account opening/closure, and updates to power of attorney and signatories.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Global Treasury, and other teams to drive tasks to completion.
• Manage multiple assignments with long deadlines, keeping projects on track.
• Understand cash pooling in external banks and coordinate setup with IT teams for SAP configuration.
• Apply strong knowledge of In-House Bank operations to support treasury activities.
• Maintain and manage user rights on external banking platforms.
• Administer treasury systems, including Kyriba and Finastra, ensuring accurate and efficient use.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with SOX controls within the team.
• Manage complex treasury projects, including system improvements and implementations.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Minimum 6 years’ work experience overall, with at least 4 years of treasury/banking experience, ideally gained in a shared services environment within a large multinational organization
• Proficiency in Kyriba and SAP
• Project management experience
• Deep understanding of In-House Bank mechanisms
• Excellent communication skills
• Audit/SOX/process controls experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in innovations and automation (e.g., Power BI, Robotics, AI)
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and solve data anomalies
• Experience in project management and systems implementation

Base Salary Range:

zł92,900.00 - zł127,710.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
