Are you an experienced  Accountant / Specialist in area of Treasury with multi-national corporate treasury and accounting experience and a detail oriented, with strong communication skills? As we continue our digital transformation and experience rapid growth in the U.S. and Europe, Takeda Business Solutions (TBS) is now hiring a Treasury Solutions  Specialist with a passion for Treasury Accounting, digital solutions, and helping patients.

This is a vital role within the Treasury Solutions function—a dynamic, newly created team within Takeda Business Solutions. We play a key role in supporting Corporate Treasury in daily operational activities and long-term projects and initiatives.

As a Treasury Solutions Specialist, you will provide service and solutions in the below Treasury areas: Accounting & Reporting, Foreign Exchange management.  Reporting to the Treasury Solutions Manager, you will be an innovative, trusted partner to business and Treasury Cash Management (Operations) and Financial Risk Management.

Accelerate value & make an impact by:

• Prepare accounting entries, perform valuation and reconciliation for Treasury related items,
• Daily basis work on the In house bank activities, cash clearing reconciliations and payment orders,
• Ensuring all loans, derivatives and associated interest transactions are recorded in the Treasury systems in line with supporting agreements,
• Perform FX variance and P/L analysis,
• Preparation of and review of financial statements and data validation checks, of treasury reports such as balance sheet exposure report, Treasury limits, FX gains and losses,
• Managing month end for Treasury entities and treasury transactions
• Support for Treasury projects,
• Acting as Treasury SME in projects & initiatives undertaken by team or other departments,
• Identification of areas for improvement,
• Working cross functionally for effective finalization of tasks,
• Ad-Hoc assigned by the manager within Treasury Solutions area.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting,
• 2-3 years work experience overall with a shared services environment within a large multinational organization,
• Excellent Communication skills,
• Audit / SOX / process controls experience,
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail,
• Proficiency in English language, verbal and written.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in external innovations and automation (SAP ERP, Kyriba, Power BI, Robotics, AI)
• Strong analytical skills – able to identify anomalies in data and solve them quickly and effectively
• Project Management and systems implementation experience

Base Salary Range:

zł92,900.00 - zł127,710.00

The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
