You will also help strengthen evidence planning and execution through innovative thinking, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence-enabled approaches.
How You Will Contribute:

- Develop scientific study materials with internal experts and external partners, including protocols, analysis plans, reports, abstracts, and manuscripts.
- Ensure scientific quality and compliance by applying company policies, ethical standards, research practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate integrated evidence planning with local, regional, and global partners across medical, research, access, regulatory, data, and operational functions.
- Manage the evidence portfolio by overseeing priorities, budgets, forecasts, contracts, vendors, timelines, performance, and material risks.
- Build strategic scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, patient organizations, institutions, investigators, networks, and scientific societies.
- Apply digital and analytical capabilities to strengthen evidence planning, portfolio oversight, communication, and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, public health, epidemiology, health economics, or a related field.
- Ten to twelve years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare research, academia, or a related environment.
- Demonstrated leadership of evidence generation activities, including non-interventional, real-world evidence, observational, database, or other Medical Affairs studies.
- Strong knowledge of evidence generation strategy, research methods, good research practices, and applicable ethical and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of United Kingdom healthcare systems, health technology assessment requirements, reimbursement decisions, and evidence needs.
- Ability to translate medical and healthcare questions into clear evidence needs and executable research plans.
- Strong scientific judgment and experience evaluating study designs, data, analyses, and scientific outputs.
- Professional fluency in English with strong project, portfolio, vendor, budget, stakeholder influence, matrix leadership, communication, and digital skills.
