Overview of the Team
Join our Learning and HR team and collaborate with our Learning & Growth Manager, HR Director, HR Business Partners, and the Business to assist in day-to-day Learning, HR and people-related matters. Your role will contribute significantly to driving Takeda’s business strategies and enhancing the employee experience through diverse programs and processes.
Role Overview & Responsibilities
Training and Development Support:
Support the coordination and logistics of training actions, including documentation and monitoring attendance.
Assist with the management and administration of learning platforms like SuccessFactors and EdCast for users, content, and courses.
Collaborate in managing FUNDAE-related processes and maintaining relevant data for training actions.
Employee Experience and Programs:
Assist in organizing employee events and initiatives, including Town Halls and collaborations with the Executive Team.
Provide support for people programs such as Professional Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Wellness, Reward and Recognition.
Data Reporting and Analysis:
Develop insightful reports using Excel and PowerPoint to communicate employee satisfaction and participation.
HR Tasks:
Administrative support to employees across Spain and Portugal.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee files and records.
Support HR CRM system updates and improvements in Workday.
Help develop and review HR materials and policies.
Desired Skills and Experience to Succeed in the Role:
Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. Master’s Degree in HR or Talent Development preferred.
Strong understanding of HR systems and processes, including employee lifecycle management.
Intermediate-advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.
Knowledge or experience in platforms like LMS (SuccessFactors), Microsoft Forms, or FUNDAE is a plus. Familiarity with Power BI is valued.
Effective communication skills across professional levels, with fluency in English (minimum B2).
Comfortable in fast-paced environments managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive, eager to learn, and collaborative.
Ability to sign a school/academic internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).
