Project Outline
You will be working in our international, friendly Medical Affairs Oncology Team.
You will be assigned to support a workstream of a major project dealing with supporting the identification, clinical review, and dissemination of scientific evidence. Development, coordination, and implementation of medical education initiatives and peer-to-peer scientific exchanges across oncology therapeutic areas.
Using your theoretical and/or practical knowledge of biomedical sciences, medical communication, and data interpretation,you will analyze and interpretate clinical and scientific literature, contribute to the development of educational and training materials for healthcare professionals, and collaborate in the organization, execution, and follow-up of medical activities and evidence-generation initiatives.
The planned output of the internship will be summaries and critical assessments of relevant scientific publications, materials for medical education, and reports supporting the scientific medical strategy.
What you bring to Takeda:

Active enrollment at a university in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or a related health science field (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
Using appropriate communication, you will provide updates and reports on your activities, essential for steering your work and integrating into the team
Preferably skills in : Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively balance multiple priorities and contribute positively to team objectives.
Strong scientific background with proven ability in literature search, scientific analysis, and rapid assimilation of new information.
Advanced proficiency in the use and management of computer applications and new technologies to optimize tasks and enhance results.
Communication skills to provide scientific trainings internally and manage external interactions with healthcare professionals'.
Additional skills:
Fluent writing and spoken English
Ability to work at high scientific and clinical level with strong strong teamwork and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively balance multiple priorities and contribute positively to team objectives.
Use and management of computer applications and new technologies, with a technological approach to streamlining tasks and improving results

Participating in the review and analysis of scientific data, the development of educational materials, and the coordination of medical initiatives for healthcare professionals.
Enhancing your ability to interpret scientific literature, extract insights, and support evidence generation and dissemination within a cross-functional environment.
Scientific exchange with internal stakeholders and externally with healthcare professionals.
Additionally, you will gain exposure to:
Scientific communication and medical information systems used to support medical education and congress activities.
Digital tools and systems, including the use of AI-based platforms for literature review, analytics, and data management.
Compliance and audit processes, including planning, execution, and reporting.
Project management and agile working methods within cross-functional teams.
Good understanding of clinical trials process and research
