Job Description

• Receipt and verification of primary documents from suppliers in compliance with Company requirements, tax and accounting legislation
• Accounting for all expenses based on primary documents in compliance with Company requirements, tax and accounting legislation
• Perform reconciliation with Suppliers and customs
• Scanning and archiving of primary documents from Suppliers
• Provide primary documents to auditors,  tax authorities  and other controllers by request
• Contact with Requestors regarding provided primary documents
• Taking part in improvement and automation projects to challenge status-quo and thereby contributing to continuously further development of the accounts payable and finance processes
