Job Description
About the role:
Join us as our Communication Manager for our state-of-the-art biotechnological manufacturing site, in Neuchatel. You will be instrumental in supporting our organization's objectives while enhancing its reputation.
How you will contribute:
Reporting to the Site Head, you oversee the site communication to internal and external audiences, managing change initiatives, and acting as a company spokesperson. Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and producing written and visual communications for internal and external audiences,
- Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight,
- Coaching, reviewing, and delegating work to lower-level professionals,
- Executing change management and process improvement strategies,
- Leading media relations initiatives and handling complex media interactions,
- Representing the organization in contractual or project matters,
- Participating in training junior staff.
What you bring to Takeda:
- A minimum of 5 year experience in a similar role within an industrial regulated environment.
- Proven experience navigating matrix organization from corporate environment to site level.
- Proven ability to lead employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
- Strong strategic advisor, with experience advising on messaging, approach, and improvement opportunities.
- Experience in managing complex communication and supporting change management activities independently.
- Advanced writing and editing capabilities across a range of corporate communication formats.
- Ability to develop and deliver clear, persuasive, and impactful presentations.
- Expertise in digital communications, including anticipating needs and recommending enhancements.
- Proven track record in process automation.
- Strong graphic design and visual communication skills to support high-quality content delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage complex, fast-paced priorities.
- Advanced storytelling skills, with the ability to shape compelling narratives and coach others in communication best practices.
- Proven ability to guide, mentor, and influence others in communication standards and methodologies.
- Full French and English fluency.
