· Orchestrates event and business-process execution through matrix collaboration with local cross-functional teams, particularly Commercial and Consumer Activation.

· Operates with autonomy within defined event-management and business-process responsibilities. Recommends approaches to process execution, resource deployment, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement, while escalating higher-risk compliance, budget, policy, or business decisions to the appropriate decision owner.

· Works closely with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, Access, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, and other LOC teams, as well as relevant external vendors and partners, to coordinate requirements, timelines, documentation, and issue resolution.

· Performance Culture (Ambitious goals, accountability, speed, and delivery of measurable results)
· Sets clear objectives for the role’s scope, monitors delivery against agreed service levels and process metrics, and drives measurable improvements in event execution, process efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
· Enterprise Orientation (Cross-functional and cross-geography collaboration, sharing best practice, enterprise-first mind-set)
· Collaborates across local functions and, where relevant, with regional or enterprise stakeholders to share best practices, align with common standards and support enterprise-wide consistency while meeting Malaysia LOC needs.

· Relevant degree in business, life sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field; an advanced qualification is an advantage.
