Job Description
Background (context, scope & Deliverables )：
• Good understanding of Takeda ways of working. Solid embracer of PTRB with attitude to influence.
• Good understanding of medical affairs code of conduct and key capability requirement in China
• Improve and excellence the operation management of China Medical, help to escalate the influence to Takeda wise.
Key roles & responsibilities of Accelerator：
• Upgrade project management efficiency from the China Medical office by closely connecting with global and other regional organizations.
• Work closely with medical head and leadership team on department infrastructure.
• Participate in global Chief of Staff group working with partners across GPD teams including global medical, regional medical, GPLS, TDC, etc.

China Medical Affairs
Duration (Starting Month/Year)：
6 months ~ 12 months
Based in Bejing or Shanghai, China
Expectation on participant expertise/language, etc;
1. Expertise in project management and or business operation. 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry with business administration/operation or relevant bachelor above educational background. Medical or scientific educational background is a plus.
2. Good people agility and communication skill
3. Candidate from USBU. EUCAN, Canada is preferred
4. Sr. Manager or above
5. MBA, consulting background or work experience in the headquarter is preferred.
