Job Description
OBJECTIVE
Lead the design, development, and scaled deployment of AI-enabled commercialization solutions—especially GenAI-driven content capabilities—to improve customer engagement and omnichannel effectiveness. This role bridges business needs and technology feasibility, translating brand and field requirements into measurable AI products that enhance content speed, quality, compliance, and personalization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Support supervisor to design and implement China commercial digital strategy targeting to improve commercial operation efficiency
- Identify key issues/challenges among existing operation process and align with business owners
- Prioritize key areas that digital solutions/AI can support the efficiency improvement
- Partnership with DD&T team to design/introduce digital tools and/or AI solutions for commercial operation and monitor the implementation
2) Content Management & Content Strategy Integration
- Collaborate with content owners to align AI solutions with content strategy, modular content principles, and reuse frameworks.
- Work with DD&T teams to connect AI capabilities into content management ecosystems, enabling efficient tagging, retrieval, reuse, and omnichannel activation.
- Improve content lifecycle management through standardized workflows, metadata strategy, and scalable operating models.
3) Cross-Functional Delivery & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary interface between business teams (Brand, MKT, Sales, Medical, etc.) and technical teams (DD&T) to ensure clear requirements and realistic scope.
- Manage cross-functional delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and vendor collaboration (if applicable) to deliver production-ready solutions.
- Communicate technical boundaries and trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating alignment and decision-making.

Manage and coordinate strategic external partners—including AI vendors, content suppliers, and innovation solution providers—to ensure solution feasibility, compliant delivery, and scalable implementation across commercialization workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS
Level of Education
- Education: Bachelor’s or above required;
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of brand team experience, and sales/sales management experience a plus.
Working Experience in Relevant Field
- Proven experience in product management / solution management in a pharmaceutical (or closely related regulated) commercialization environment.
- Digital marketing experience a plus
- Deep understanding key leverage points among pharmaceutical sales and marketing process (both customer facing and internal process)
- Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to align business, medical/regulatory, and technical teams.
- Results-driven delivery mindset with a track record of shipping solutions and achieving measurable outcomes.
