Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enable patient self evaluation: deploy self evaluation form (e.g. symptom matcher) on Search engine (e.g. Baidu, Sogou), enabling patients to quickly evaluate their symptoms and trigger diagnostic testing online or offline
- Diagnosis: explore opportunities for online diagnosis, or remote diagnosis through working with 3rd party diagnosis company
- Internet Hospital: explore opportunities to diagnose and treat patients through internet hospital; or refer to offline COEs for diagnosis and treatment, or establish DTP infusion centers for offline treatment
- Virtual Reps: to extend call coverage of RDM, raise disease awareness, treatment options and establish referral system to COEs
- Understand patient: market research on patient, understand patient typical symptoms, pain points & disease burden, develop patient portrait; identify “key symptoms” patients seek help with, “key words” they search, “website” they visit often.
- Generate content: develop videos, articles on patient story, to advocate disease burden and impact to quality of life. Content is critical to ensure audience can remember key symptoms.
- Online campaigns to target audience: communication with target audience (potential patients and caregivers, physicians and health authorities) on social media and relevant symposiums
- Regular market research to track disease awareness evolvement
- Commercial Insurance: partner with commercial insurance companies in designing insurance scheme for our portfolio
- PAP: partner with corporate affairs and patient service team in designing PAP program, which is sustainable and competitive
- PRDL: collaborate with access excellence team on preparing local breakthrough strategy, scenarios comparison and business case development
- Policy shaping: advocate “pay for innovation” in collaboration with AE and HEOR teams
Qualifications & Skills:
- More than 15 years working experience in pharma industry, with more than10 years experience in marketing, MD or high potential AD
- Experience with internet hospital or E-commerce, Digital Marketing is a plus
- Strong cross-functional collaboration ability
- Strategic thinking and planning – Has a broad perspective able to pull together the varying elements and emerging trends into coherent, strategic view.
- Strong learning agility and willing to embrace changes needed to adapt to new circumstances.
- Leadership skill – Provide vision and lead team towards achieving objectives.
