Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop and manage support services for the sales force, including order processing and complaint resolution
* Advise customers on product shortages, expected delivery dates, and price changes
* Act as a liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments
* Select, manage, and train on sales-related systems and databases (e.g., CRM, ETMS)
* Assist sales teams with individual account and sales territory planning
* Provide sales reporting and analytics to support decision-making
* Lead and provide strategic direction to managers across various functional areas

Qualifications & Skills:

* Independently applies program management concepts in routine and moderately complex situations with minimal guidance
* Advanced in applying innovation to highly complex situations, capable of making improvement recommendations and guiding others in creative ideation processes
* Applies sales enablement strategies independently in routine to moderately complex situations, with a comprehensive understanding of the necessary resources and knowledge for sales representatives
* Independently applies business intelligence tools and concepts in routine and moderately complex situations with minimal guidance
* Independently applies process improvement principles in routine and moderately complex situations with minimal guidance
* Fully independent in influencing others, capable of applying advanced techniques in complex situations and coaching others on influencing skills
* Independently applies Quality Assurance principles in routine and moderately complex situations with minimal guidance needed
* Independently utilizes Power BI to create and manage reports and dashboards in routine and moderately complex scenarios with minimal guidance
* Can independently execute routine Salesforce tasks, understands advanced features and applies knowledge in moderately complex situations with minimal guidance
* Able to independently manage customer relationships in routine and moderately complex situations with minimal guidance
* Skilled in creating and delivering persuasive and impactful presentations in a variety of complex situations, able to mentor others in developing their presentation skills
* Fully capable of executing advanced interpersonal communications, can coach others and anticipates communication requirements
