Job Description
PURPOSE
- Partner with four other learning centers to design and develop digital learning content, aligning with the overarching digital learning strategy through the using of digital technologies.
- Tracking, analyze, and interpret learning behavior data via digital platforms, offering diagnostic insights and feedback.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop interactive, multimedia digital learning content that is engaging, accessible, and timely, ensuring it aligns with diverse learning needs and the overall digital learning strategy.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and professionals to guarantee content accuracy and relevance, integrating feedback to perpetually refine and update learning materials with innovative technologies and methodologies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital learning, adopting innovative approaches and tools to improve content delivery and engage learners.
- Analyze learning data to gain insights into learning effectiveness and outcomes, employing advanced statistical methods and tools to enhance learner performance.
- Collaborate with four other learning centers to leverage data-driven insights for learning project design, digital learning content development, thereby increasing the learning impact.
- Apply data analysis to evaluate digital content effectiveness, using metrics like engagement and completion rates to continually enhance learning materials.
- Ensure data integrity and adhere to privacy regulations, while effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Level of Education
Bachelor degree, Pharmacy background is preferred.
Working Experience in Relevant Field
At least 5 years’ experiences in sales manage or learning & development.
Preference will be given to candidates with extensive data analysis experience
