Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead & develop corporate omni-channel HCP engagement strategy & roadmap
- Lead corporate omni-channel solution design & iteration
- Lead corporate wide digital content factory mechanism design & operation
- Lead organization’s field force change management for transformation adoption and sales team productivity improvement
- Design and implement omni-channel campaigns to activate both HCP and field force
- Collaborate with cross functions to ensure the transformational initiatives and digital innovation in new product launch excellence and mature product LCM
- Integrate digital partner capabilities to maximize HCP facing services and internal user experiences
- Track omni-channel effectiveness, ensure that aligned with digital strategy, digital governance, legal and compliance guidelines
Qualifications & Skills:
- Digital or Marketing background preferred
- Bachelor Degree is a must, MBA preferred
- 10+ years working experiences, with at least 5 years omni-channel / digital transformation related experiences, pharmaceutical industry & team leader experiences is a must
