Job Description

主要职责

  • Assist central marketing in activity roll-out in region.
  • Analyze regional market trend combining with the data from sales, central marketing and MA. Actively participate in brand building activity of central marketing.
  • Manage regional KOLs, establish regional speaker system and communicate conference PPT with the speakers. Target customer is 30 to 50 (subject to the confirmation of RSM and marketing manager), the visit frequency is once/quarter, monthly submission of visit plan and actual visit, monthly update and submission of customer file including speakers.
  • Plan, monitor the implementation and provide feedback for regional activities of sales department: 15% weighting, no less than 2 regional activities planning which is subject to the email reply from RSM/RSD/NSD.
  • Collect and provide feedback of regional competitive products information, read and analyze  sales data: 15% weighting, reporting to RSM once/month with copy to RSD/NSD/PM.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor degree or above majored in medicine or other related.

3+ years of medical marketing related working experiences, management experience is preferred.

Skilled in using office software.

Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
