Job Description
Objective:
The Quality Systems Intern will support in maintaining and improving quality systems, ensuring compliance and assisting in key projects and administrative tasks. Join our team as a Quality Systems Intern and gain hands-on experience in global pharmaceutical quality processes. You’ll work on real projects, learn industry tools like Veeva, and support critical compliance activities. This is your chance to make an impact and build a strong foundation for your future in biopharmaceutical industry.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform daily document archival activities and related administrative duties.
- Assist with content management in Veeva.
- Support the rollout of the new Veeva deviation system.
- Support preparation of Change Control Review Board
- Support inspection activities (Health regulatory inspection/internal audit)
- Responsibility to adhere to any applicable EHS requirements.
- Support projects such as Veeva documents (SOP, ECC form, etc) or Quality Management system projects, Business continuity project
- Contribute to projects such as Veeva document updates (SOPs, ECC forms), Quality Management System initiatives, and Business Continuity projects.

- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office
- Committed to the role assigned.
- Positive mindset and motivated.
- Able to understand constraints at times and be flexible.
- Good Interpersonal, Verbal and Written Communication Skills required.
