Join Takeda as a Brand Manager in Gastroenterology (GI)
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to drive the success of our leading Gastroenterology brand. This pivotal role will shape and execute strategic marketing initiatives and deliver impactful campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. You’ll be at the heart of marketing, digital innovation, and cross-functional teamwork for your brands, driving plans that truly resonate with our customers and healthcare professionals.

What you will do:
- Develop and execute integrated brand strategies aligned with business goals and patient needs.
- Lead omnichannel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global colleagues to drive alignment and execution of brand strategies and tactics.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking to achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Remain updated on market developments and regulatory and reimbursement changes.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and key opinion leaders.
What you’ll bring:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or Healthcare is preferred.
- 3+ years’ experience in brand management or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in highly competitive speciality markets.
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of strategic brand positioning and differentiated message development
- Enthusiasm for working with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Data-driven problem-solving skills with adaptability to manage shifting priorities.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with AI-powered personalisation tools.
- Knowledge of HCP engagement tools and platforms.
