How you will contribute:
- Provide strong leadership and clear direction for a team in strategic and tactical ensure implementation of bussiness;
- According to market demand and company resource organize preparation production, packaging, processing, technical improvement; ensure internal and external requirement are met;
- Ensure that the activities carried out meet the legal requirements, policies, standards and procedures of the company regarding the quality and safety of employees, as well as the protection of the environment;
- Optimize management regulations and system of production continuously; improve the overall production, operation and management capabilities of factory continuously;
- Management of the validation portfolio: new products, new equipment, process changes, raw material changes, software changes or technology transfers;
- Pharmacotechnical development of processing and packaging to change production in line with regulations and other industrial areas;
- Optimize organization structure of the department; Manage and motivate people managing the professional development plan, reinforcing individual responsibility in achieving the established results for the area;
- Elaborate investment plans and annual budgets identifying specific needs to the achievement of certain results as well as new business opportunities and technologies;
- Enhance industrial hygiene and environmental sustainability to improve efficiency and sustainability;
- Keep learning of DE&I and encourage employees understand what is DE&I via global and local differnt activities;
- Digital& innovation&automation.
\What you bring to Takeda:
- At least Bachelors degree majored pharmacy, industry engineering, automation, chemistry or other relevant majors.
- At least 10 years pharmaceutical production management experience. 5 years+ multi-national company experience is a plus.
- At least 8 years team management experience.
- Demonstrated passion for not accepting the status quo and self-driven to improve the business
- Courage of conviction and open to critical feedback
- A positive resiliant leader, comfortable networking and connecting people.
- Program management capabilities
- Exceptional coaching, teaching, presentation (oral and written), and facilitation skills
- Courage to make difficult decisions and/or recommendations, comfortable with ambiguity
- Courage/experience to provide coaching/feedback to all levels of the organization including superiors
- Excellent listening skills and emotional intelligence
- Systematic thinker, and strong knowledge of business processes
- Flexibile and learning agile, demonstrating ability to assimilate new knowledge and standards quickly
- Advanced English
