Job Description
1.对于仓库操作现场（线上，线下，文档，沟通）的实操，管理和优化，偏差变更等相关内容。
1.Practical execution, management, and optimization of warehouse operations on site, including online and offline activities, documentation, communication, and related deviation and change management.
2.仓库设备验证与合规管理。包括不限于仓库设备的性能验证及年度周期验证，编制验证计划、方案、报告、跟进验证实施，审计的迎检支持闭环整改项。
2.Warehouse equipment validation and compliance management, including but not limited to performance qualification and annual periodic requalification of warehouse equipment; preparing validation plans, protocols, and reports; following up on validation execution; supporting audit readiness; and closing out corrective actions and findings.
3.仓库数据分析与数据治理。基于数据，利用技术手段等进行仓库专项数据监控与分析，生成并维护可视化面板，支持库存控制与决策优化。
3.Warehouse data analysis and data governance. Based on data, use technical methods to conduct specialized warehouse data monitoring and analysis, generate and maintain visual dashboards, and support inventory control and decision-making optimization.
4.遵守公司规定及SOP，包括GMP及EHS相关要求，独立掌握并完成日常及紧急情况下的操作。理解EHS对该岗位的职责，报告不符合EHS规定的事项，按时完成EHS行动项。
4.Comply with company regulations and SOPs, including GMP and EHS requirements; independently master and complete routine operations as well as emergency procedures. Understand the EHS responsibilities of this role, report any EHS non-compliance issues, and complete EHS action items on time.
5.法律法规的学习和分享，对操作人员开展合规、数据规范的培训。
5.Study and share relevant laws and regulations, and provide compliance and data governance training for operators.
6.接受并完成上级交代的其他工作任务。
