For our office in Vallensbæk Strand, Denmark, we are looking for a new Student Worker for Regulatory Affairs starting May 4th, 2026, until March 31st, 2027. This is a perfect role for you who are studying within life/health science and want to explore how the pharma industry work – or how you can make a career in pharma.

You will be working from the office on average one day a week with flexible working days and hours to suit your study commitments. Joining our Nordic Regulatory Affairs team, you will be mainly supporting the Regulatory Life-Cycle team across Nordics.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Database and archiving support, tasks around Product Information (updates and reviews), and other supportive Regulatory tasks. You will also support unplanned activities requiring extra hands in our team. Tasks can be adjusted based on your strengths and interests, while also considering the team’s current needs and priorities.
As a Student Worker you will have a great opportunity to collaborate across Takeda, and one of your closest colleagues will be our Student Worker in Finland.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND SKILLS
Studies in life or health sciences (e.g., pharmacy, medicine, biomedicine, biochemistry, biology), or similar
Studies at any stage – we welcome applications from both first-year students and those further along
Digital dexterity (data skills and proficiency in systems and digital tools)
Ability to work independently, structured and detail-oriented
Curious and proactive mindset – you enjoy learning and actively supporting the team
Fluent in Danish/Norwegian and English – understanding or proficiency in other Nordic languages is an advantage
