Head of Site Supply Chain

This is a high-impact leadership role where you can shape end-to-end supply chain performance for the Bray manufacturing site, directly influencing product supply, inventory health, and strategic execution. You will work at the center of site leadership and global supply chain networks, with real ownership of cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and compliant operations in a highly regulated environment.

How you will contribute:

  • Define and execute the Bray site Supply Chain strategy in alignment with global priorities.

  • Lead end-to-end planning to ensure reliable supply, effective forecasting, and inventory optimization.

  • Manage site Supply Chain operations, including warehousing, logistics, import and export, and third-party providers.

  • Drive S&OP and S&OE, market supply reviews, and issue resolution with local and global stakeholders.

  • Own supply chain performance by tracking KPIs, improving service levels, and reducing costs.

  • Ensure full compliance with GxP, GDP, Takeda standards, trade requirements, and site licenses.

  • Lead, develop, and align the supply chain team and cross-functional partners across the site and network.

In this position you will report to the Site Head Bray.

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Science.

  • Extensive experience in pharmaceutical supply chain and manufacturing.

  • Strong knowledge of GxP, GDP, planning systems, and regulatory compliance.

  • Proven leadership experience with large, multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills in an end-to-end Supply Chain environment.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience in product launches and new product introduction.
