About the Role

As an intern at Takeda in Zurich, you will have the opportunity to tackle real-world business challenges, build valuable connections, engage in many events and activities and receive guidance from experienced mentors as you develop your skills and advance your professional career.


Project Outline

  • You will be working in our international, friendly Global Supply Chain Excellence Team who is in charge of Capability Building, Performance Management, Continuous Improvement and Supply Chain Resilience.

  • You will be assigned to support our projects around capability building (skills of the future, digital dexterity, new systems, state-of-the-art knowhow…) for the employees working in Takeda’s Supply Chain roles. 

  • Using your knowledge of productivity applications like Microsoft 365 (including Copilot, SharePoint, Power BI, PowerAutomate, etc…) as well as some in-house AI tools, you will help generate the reporting and produce analyses of training and learning data, while contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the e-learning experience for users.

  • The planned output of the internship will be the visualization of key metrics related to training and learning activities – such as completion trends, engagement levels (which content is being consumed).  

  • You will have the opportunity to deliver improvements in e-learning platforms, including updates of content and navigation enhancements. 

  • The earliest start date for the internship will be November 2025 with an anticipated length of 12 months.


What you bring to Takeda:

  • Curiosity and collaboration skills will ensure you effectively handle your project and make a valuable impact.

  • Active enrollment at a university or a university of applied sciences (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or a recent graduate (within the last 12 months) in areas related to Business, Supply Chain, Data, or even IT.

  • Using appropriate communication, you will provide updates and reports on your activities, essential for steering your work and integrating into the team. 

  • Must be authorized to work in Switzerland without the need for additional immigration sponsorship, housing allowance or relocation requirements. 

  • Preferably you bring existing skills or theoretical knowledge that you are eager to apply in Data Visualization and Reporting, Share Point Management, AI-Enhanced Productivity, Microsoft 365 product suite (Power Apps, Teams, Copilot…).
