Job Description

Location: While a primary location is identified for this role, qualified internal candidates located in Cambridge, MA, USA may also be considered, subject to business needs, role requirements, talent availability, and local legal requirements.

Compensation: The salary range displayed reflects the primary location associated with this posting. Compensation may vary for candidates considered in other locations. OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of GPA capabilities, including processes, tools, and ways of working, with focus on Global dashboard development and reporting governance
  • Drive execution as a flexible, high-impact team member who can step into priority areas across GPA (e.g., operations, programs, reporting, compliance) to address gaps and deliver outcomes.
  • Deliver reporting and actionable insights by driving data collection, validation, and analysis across GPA programs, including leading development of Real World Evidence (RWE) capabilities and scalable analytics outputs.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Lead to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of GPA capabilities, including processes, tools, governance, and ways of working, with primary accountability for dashboard/reporting solutions and knowledge management enablement.
  • Lead and deliver dashboard development, including requirements gathering, data modeling, measures/calculations, visualization design, testing, and release management;
  • Drive reporting governance, including KPI dictionary/metric definitions, business rules, ownership, and change control/release notes.Drive data collection for reporting by implementing data quality controls (validation checks, reconciliations, exception handling)
  • Deliver standardized reporting and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making (e.g., monthly/ad hoc updates, as needed).
  • Lead and contribute to digital enablement initiatives (systems, dashboards, tools adoption),  including driving RWE data collection, validation and analytics across GPA programs aligned to governance and compliance requirements.
  • Own and maintain Global Patient Access SharePoint site(s) as the “single source of truth” for guidance, tools, training materials, manage content lifecycle (versioning, archiving, structure, permissions) in alignment with governance.
  • Design and deliver practical solutions, templates, and frameworks that enable teams to operate more effectively, including standard work/instructions, user guidance, and training/job aids.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners/vendors (e.g., Strategy & Operations, Compliance, Medical) to drive aligned execution, resolve issues, and deliver prioritized enhancements.
  • Act as a flexible resource across Global Patient Access, stepping into high-priority areas or covering gaps to ensure continuity of delivery, as based on agreed prioritization.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Required

Education & Experience

  • PhD, PharmD with ~5+years; MS with ~8+ years;  BS with ~10+ years experience or related experience in clinical research and/ or early access program in the pharmaceutical industry or CRO
  • Experience in Patient Access, Global Medical Operations or related functions  5+ years of effective project management, clinical operations, Patient Access
  • Experience with reporting, analytics and digital tools  leveraging digital platforms, data tools, and analytics solutions to support operational excellence, governance, and data‑driven decision‑making across global teams.
  • Experience working within a complex, global organization and demonstrated ability to work across functions at all levels without minimal direct authority

Behavioral Competencies & Skills

  • Structured and detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and evolving priorities.

Preferred

  • Advanced degree in a health, life sciences, data, or technology‑related discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Public Health, Health Informatics, Data Analytics).
  • Experience working with multi-vendor data feeds and implementing data quality controls / reconciliations.

Base Salary Range:

CHF159,300.00 - CHF219,010.00
